Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope and Applicability

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of all hosting services, servers, and digital infrastructure provided by World Wideconsulting SL (the "Services"). This policy applies to all customers, end-users, and any third parties who access the Services through a customer’s account. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

2. Permitted and Prohibited Use

The Services are intended for lawful business and personal hosting purposes. We strictly prohibit any use of the Services for high-risk or illegal activities, including but not limited to:

  • Illegal Acts: Hosting or transmitting material that violates any local, state, or international law.

  • High-Risk Activities: Use of the Services in environments where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage.

  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to breach the security of any network or system (hacking, port scanning, or sniffing).

  • Malicious Software: Distributing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other destructive code.

3. Compliance with Laws and Sanctions

Users must comply with all applicable laws, including data privacy regulations and intellectual property laws. Furthermore, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to government sanctions or listed on any prohibited or restricted parties list. You agree to ensure that your use of the Services does not violate international trade or economic sanctions.

4. Prevention of Misuse and Harmful Content

To maintain the integrity of our platform, the following "Rules of the Road" apply:

  • Fraud: You may not use the Services to deceive others or provide fraudulent products or services.

  • Harmful Content: You are prohibited from hosting content that is defamatory, harassing, or promotes hate speech and violence.

  • Network Stability: Activities that degrade the service for other users, such as massive DDoS attacks or excessive resource consumption, are prohibited.

5. Responsibility for Third Parties

Customers are responsible for the conduct of their own sub-users or third parties who access the Services via the customer’s infrastructure. Any violation of this AUP by a customer’s end-user will be considered a violation by the customer.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

World Wideconsulting SL reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services to ensure compliance with this AUP. We reserve the right to take immediate action at our sole discretion, including:

  • Issuing a warning.

  • Removing or disabling access to prohibited content.

  • Suspending or terminating Services without notice for violations.

  • Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement.
